Frequently Asked Questions
1. Product & Materials
-
Our bodykits are crafted using premium pre-preg carbon fiber and are available in a variety of bespoke colors—not just standard black or grey. Whether you're looking for red, blue, gold, or exposed-twill carbon for your Pagani, Bugatti, or other supercars, our kits are engineered for aesthetic excellence and lightweight performance.
We build every panel from aerospace-grade pre-preg carbon fiber cured in an autoclave for maximum strength-to-weight. Each mold is CNC-cut to OEM CAD so tolerances remain within ±0.5 mm.
-
We use 100% real, structural carbon fiber, not just carbon wrap or overlay. This ensures maximum strength, ultra-lightweight benefits, and the premium look expected from exotic and track-focused builds.
-
Standard options are 2×2, 3×3, 4×4 twill, plain weave, and forged carbon. Honeycomb, checkerboard, or any custom weave directions or layups can be discussed for special projects..
-
No. We tint the resin system or dye the fiber itself, so the laminate weight stays virtually identical to natural carbon.
-
Yes. We’ve worked with OEM-style clear coats, weave types, and resin tones to match or blend our parts with any factory carbon fiber including Pagani, Ferrari, Lamborghini, etc. Just provide us with photos or your VIN if needed.
-
Yes. On request we include a serialized COA plus a material test report showing fiber grade, resin spec, and cure schedule.
2. Custom Colors & One-Off Projects

We can provide high-resolution photos or physical swatches upon request. For high-value builds, we can also provide sample panels or arrange a consultation.
-
Yes. We offer full design-to-production services for one-off commissions, concept builds, and show cars. Whether it’s a hypercar rebody or a custom widebody with unique venting or shapes, we’ll collaborate from sketches to final delivery. *Our in-house design team can create a one-off aero package—from sketch to wind-tunnel validation—then mold and manufacture it exclusively for you. Typical design cycles run 8–12 weeks
3. Fitment & Installation
-
Most of our kits are direct bolt-on using OEM mounting points—no cutting or welding required. Each piece is precisely molded to match factory tolerances for a seamless install.
-
Provide details (brand, part numbers, photos) at checkout and we will confirm clearances or recommend spacer shims if required.
-
Yes. We offer both full kits and individual components (e.g., splitters, hoods, fenders, canards, mirrors). Let us know your needs and we’ll tailor a quote.
-
We partner with vetted exotic-car body shops worldwide. Tell us your city and we’ll refer an installer who has worked with our kits.
4. Performance & Testing
-
Our designs are inspired by motorsport engineering, and many of our customers use them in track-day and high-performance applications. Strength, rigidity, and weight savings are always a top priority in our builds. *Many customers run our aero at Nürburgring, Laguna Seca, and Yas Marina. Where available, we share downforce CFD data and load-deflection charts.
-
A full replacement kit typically removes 30–70 kg (65–155 lb) versus OEM steel or aluminum panels, depending on model.
5. Ordering, Lead Times & Payments

6. Shipping & Logistics
-
Yes, we provide door-to-door ship worldwide, including the North America, Europe, Middle East, and Asia. All parts are professionally packed in custom crates to prevent damage during transit.
-
Panels are vacuum-bagged, bubble-wrapped, then bolted into custom plywood crates with shock indicators. Every shipment is insured for full invoice value.
-
Duties vary by country and HS code. We declare at true customs value; your courier will contact you for any local taxes before delivery.
-
Yes. We offer Premium Shipping Insurance that protects your order only if you opt in to “Premium Shipping Protection” at checkout (for orders under $5,000 USD). For orders $5,000 USD and above, Premium Shipping Insurance is included for free and applied automatically. Coverage includes items lost during transit and damaged during transit or at the time of delivery. To keep coverage valid, you must inspect the shipment on the spot while the driver is present. If there is any damage, have the driver mark the damage on the delivery slip, take clear photos, keep all packaging, and reject the package. Insurance does not cover loss or damage found after delivery (e.g., “I was not home”, “it was left outside”, wrong address, or not inspected by a third party such as a body shop) or any damage caused during handling/installation by a body shop.
7. Warranty & After-Sales
-
A 12-month limited warranty covers material and workmanship defects. Impact damage, track incidents, or improper install are excluded.
-
Email photos, order number, and a description within seven days of discovering the issue. We’ll evaluate and provide repair or replacement options.
-
Because colors and lay-ups are custom, all sales are final. Transit damage or manufacturing defects are resolved under warranty.
8. Care & Maintenance
-
Yes, all parts are coated with UV-resistant automotive clear coat to protect the color and integrity of the weave. We use industry-leading resin systems to prevent yellowing, fading, or delamination over time. *All parts receive UV-stable automotive clear with 400-hour Xenon-arc testing. Expect 5+ years gloss retention with normal care.
